Plan is as Plan is

I used to think subconsciously that a Plan has to include every risk handling details before it is written down formally, but I was wrong.

Plan should be a high-level objective-oriented working guideline, no matter how risky or difficult a certain step in it is or will become. To deal with unexpected risks or difficulties is another part of the whole mission - execution. A Plan has to be as the "Plan" means to be.

I won't try to understand everything by investigation any more

I used to believe that it is worthwhile to investigate everything in order to understand it more thoroughly. However, The initiative is only partially correct: only when the primary target is "to understand thoroughly" should I try to investigate all by myself. Otherwise, reading a user's manual or a classic textbook will be more helpful - At least helpful for keeping a more predictable psychological state and working pressure sequence.
